As a Hands-on Helpdesk Support, you will quickly learn about the entire windows environment, basic network and window server troubleshooting. You will also get the exposure to the basic Linux environment. You will learn the ticketing system together with customer service protocol.

12 Weeks
As a Hands-on IT Support Analyst, you will master both Windows and Linux Environment. You will apply some real-world troubleshooting scenarios within the server environment and Active Directory while developing some Relational Database Exposure. Understanding the break/fix protocol within the appropriate Tier Support Line.
Infrastructure Support/Network Security
18 Weeks
A Hands-on Infrastructure Support and Network Security Professional will learn to be comfortable working with cloud platforms, server environments, securing network platforms, troubleshooting advanced network connectivity issues to complex system failures. Will learn advanced monitoring network performance, managing security protocols, data storage as well as diagnose web applications, software and internal platform vulnerabilities per the adopted legacy system.
Production Support Engineer
18 Weeks
A Hands-on Production Support Professional will master handling complex web applications, software systems and platform services. He will master working on complex system logs, help deploy updates, assure platform system performance as well as think logically while facing change management and all the vulnerabilities within the established infrastructure. He will learn to deal with developers, triage tickets effectively, use complex monitoring tools, manipulate database queries and access version control tools. He will also develop skills on the Agile Scrum methodology.
DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer
24 Weeks
A Hands-on DevOps/DevSecOps professional will master the entire CI/CD process. You will master testing, building, deploying, and automating application or cloud platform(AWS, AZURE, GCP, etc..) with security, reliability and scalability. He will get very comfortable scripting in python, bash, groovy, etc.. You will gain knowledge with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, GIT, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, New Relic, Grafana, etc.. He will also gain knowledge on conducting security audits and risk assessments
Cybersecurity Analyst
24 Weeks
A Hands-on Cybersecurity professional will master the Cybersecurity lifecycle with a clear understanding of the GRC(Governance, Risk and Compliance) framework together with the infrastructure security lifecycle. A wide knowledge in architecting Cloud Security Environment, a deep understanding on the threat assessment, risk assessment, web vulnerability, disaster recovery and quick incident response process. An exposure to the practices within the Red Team/Blue Team, and diving into the activities within the SOC environment( Monitoring and analyzing, Responding to Incidents, Assessing and Preventing while implementing Security measures)
